It all went horribly wrong for Koyes MIAH last month when East Herts Council contacted him at his top of the range Shadhona Restaurant to tell him that his Licence was extinct, due to it not being transferred when the last Ltd Co was wound up and the new one took over. Koyes believed he had notified the Council of this change during COVID but the Council had no record. As an emergency, The Licensing Guys submitted a succession of Temporary Event Notices to allow the restaurant to sell alcohol six days a week whilst a completely new Licence was applied for and obtained. Normality has been restored, and all is well!
