On the back of Klais Bistro Little Sutton, opened in 2024, we are delighted to congratulate Charlotte on the grant of a Premises Licence for another ‘Klais Bistro’ … this time in Eastham, Wirral, where her team will provide a full lunch and evening service of flavourful and exciting cuisine cooked from fresh ingredients.
The full offering will include hot and cold beverages, pastries, baked goods, cakes, fresh wraps, sandwiches and salads and, complemented by a range of quality wines, beers and other alcoholic beverages.
ongratulations to Soran and his team who, having recently taken over this vacant property in Retford, will now be investing in a full refurbishment and modernisation for use as a convenience retail store.
The grant of a Premises Licence will enable purchases in store and orders to be fulfilled by delivery and we wish you great success in serving the local community!

And it’s another grant at an exciting luxury venue. ‘Catch the Breeze’ is an established and successful operator of stylish and exclusive luxury retreats, with the aim of sharing their portfolio of most cherished properties with a like-minded clientele. The overarching aim is to create beautiful places and experiences that make customers feel there’s nowhere else they’d rather be. Catch The Breeze simply aims to provide an unmatched experience with every need catered for. Tan Llan in Llaneltyd is one retreat and with the grant of a Premises Licence patrons can pre-book a selection of fine wines ahead of arrival.
However, this Licence will double up – as it provides a distribution hub to service the other holiday properties in the region with the alcohol constituent of the pre-booked quality produce available for visitors on their arrival.
