Massive congratulations to Nicola MAGUIRE from Wild Kite – Arun Valley Vineyard – in BILLINGSHURST near Horsham, on the acquisition of a Premises Licence. Here we sought to license a Pick, Pack and Dispatch operation with the facility for occasional pre-booked wine tasting tours over the summer months. It attracted some opposition from neighbours but these mainly centered around planning issues which are the remit of the Planning Authority and not for a Licensing Authority. Thus this Licence was granted without the need for a Hearing.
