A rare occurrence in the form of a Personal Licence Hearing. Over a year ago, young Isobel had a terrible night, resulting in a bad decision which ended up with her losing her Driving Licence. However her Boss, Maria, had complete faith in her and backed her in her studies for a Personal Licence. Her application was resisted by the Police, and it ended up in a Hearing before the Licensing Sub Committee. The Committee listened to her explanation, took evidence on her remorse, rehabilitation, work ethic, professionalism, numerous character references and a host of other professional qualifications she has since obtained. They duly granted her Personal Licence as the Police had failed to justify a refusal on the grounds that it would undermine the Prevention of Crime & Disorder Licensing Objective.
