Further cause for celebration this time for Dhinesh RAMASAMY who wanted to extend the trading and licensable hours on this pre-existing Premises Licence by three hours – two extra hours before and one hour after the current parameters of this Licence. Following liaison with the Licensing Authority who kindly spoke with the Responsible Authorities in furtherance of our tentative enquiry, it was ascertained that the Responsible Authorities has no objection to this extension of hours in principle.
The current iteration of the Licence which The Licensing Guys previously obtained is working well and is being operated compliantly and in full support of the four Licensing Objectives. Therefore, no additional Conditions were proposed, and indeed the extended hours were granted unopposed at the conclusion of the Consultation period this week.
