He was simply asking for the OFF Sale of Alcohol: 07:00 to 23:00hrs daily. We attracted some objections from competitor premises but the major challenge came from the local MP’s office on grounds of Cumulative Impact. However it was all resolved at a contested Hearing in Wigan Town Hall, and the Licence was granted as applied for.
