Opening Hours Extended for Delamere Stores.

Congratulations to Tujen GANESH on the grant of the Variation of the Premises Licence on Delamere Stores in Delamere, Cheshire. Here he wanted to extend his opening hours to 00:00hrs but was resisted by two neighbours who feared about increases in Crime, ASB, Noise and Traffic volumes. The matter was decided at a Hearing in Ellesmere Port where the issues were explored, along with all the mitigation measures offered. Duly the application was granted as requested.
