Burgers & Beers at The Native Butcher

We are delighted to have secured a Premises Licence for Richard Barter at Lime Kiln Farm in Tewksbury enabling him to sell alcohol alongside his famous burgers. We visited the farm after being instructed and discussed the requirements with Richard the applicant, we looked at the timings he required and how this would suit his business model.

The application allows him to sell alcohol alongside his famous burgers during his event nights, he also wanted the ability to stock and showcase local products to visiting customers and allow them to buys these to take home.

While we were onsite as part of our service we measured up the premises and outside areas where alcohol was to be consumed and produced a scale plan ready for submission with the application.

We would also like to thank Colin at the Licensing Team in Tewksbury who assisted with the application process and engaged with us and the applicant during the consultation period so that the neighbours views could be taken into consideration and changes made.
