Despite some delay regarding service of documents, Redbank Barn in Hereford have received their new Premises Licence unopposed this morning, having come to some agreed Conditions with Environmental Protection. Congratulations Ali & Jamie!
Gillow Cider in Herefordshire is Granted Their Licence
Despite having received over 30 public representations including those from the local parish council against the application, this Premises Licence was granted this morning following a few days of negotiations with Environment Protection and the solicitor representing the nearest neighbours. The Licensing Guys were instructed by Global Mini Market in Halifax to apply for a license to enable them to sell alcohol on the 20th April 2020 and we immediately applied for TENS to enable them to sell during the application process and consultation period.
