Mandatory Conditions appear on every single Premises Licence issued under the Licensing Act 2003, and this particular one ensures that every customer has the opportunity to choose small measures of Beer, Ciders, Spirits & Wine.

The responsible person shall ensure that:
A. Where any of the following alcohol drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale and supply in a securely closed container) it available to customers in the following measures:
- Beer or cider: pint;
- Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25ml or 35ml; and
- Still wine by the glass: 125ml; and
B. Customers are made aware of the availability of these measures.
