The Pasty Shop Bristol gets its Premises Licence
The Pasty Shop in St Paul’s in Bristol approached us to apply for a premises licence.
The shop is located in a cumulative impact area which forbids new premises licence being granted due to the amount of premises selling alcohol in the area.
Amit from The Pasty Shop reached out to us to help him apply for the licence and as licensing experts we were able to present the application in such a manner to prove that this excellent business would not cause or add any nuisance or disturbance that would add problems to the area.
After pre consultation with the Police and Local Authorities we agreed conditions that would allow for a seamless application and the premises licence was duly granted after the 28 day consultation period.
