Overcoming Increased Resistance to 24 hour Off-Licence Applications
For some months we are seeing an increasing resistance to applications for 24 hour Licences from Environmental Health Departments within the local Council, claiming that to open all day and all night will cause noise nuisance to neighbours from car doors slamming and people shouting in the street.
