The Licensing Guys: ‘Your Licence or Your Money Back’ Easter Offer (2026)
1. Offer Period
1.1 This offer is valid for new instruction agreements signed between Good Friday (3rd April 2026) and Easter Monday (6th April 2026) inclusive.
1.2 Instructions signed before or after these dates are not eligible for this offer.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This offer applies exclusively to:
- New Premises Licence applications
- Premises Licence variations
- Personal Licence applications
2.2 The following services are excluded from this offer:
- Licence reviews or appeals
- Compliance audits or advice-only services
- Staff training packages
- Emergency or expedited applications (less than 14 days’ notice)
- Vape or tobacco licensing (until final legislation is confirmed)
3. The Guarantee
3.1 If The Licensing Guys fail to secure the grant of the licence applied for, we will refund 100% of our professional fees paid by the client.
3.2 The guarantee does not cover:
- Third-party costs (e.g. Home Office application fees, advertising fees, court fees)
- Disbursements (e.g. legal searches, printing, postage)
- Any costs incurred by the client in preparation for or reliance upon the application
3.3 Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the final refusal decision being confirmed in writing.
4. Limitations and Exclusions
4.1 The guarantee is void if:
- The client provides false, misleading, or incomplete information during the application process
- The client withdraws the application after work has commenced
- The application is refused due to the client’s own actions or omissions (e.g. failure to attend a hearing, breach of planning permission)
- The client has previously instructed another agent or solicitor for the same application
4.2 The guarantee applies only to the specific licence applied for. It does not apply to conditions, restrictions, or hours granted that differ from the client’s original request.
5. Limitations of Liability
5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Licensing Guys’ total liability under this offer is limited to the amount of professional fees paid by the client.
5.2 The Licensing Guys accept no liability for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from a refused application, including but not limited to loss of trade, profits, or business reputation.
6. General
6.1 This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or voucher.
6.2 The Licensing Guys reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time before instruction is confirmed.
6.3 Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The Licensing Guys reserve the right to cap the number of instructions accepted under this offer.
6.4 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
7. Acceptance
By instructing The Licensing Guys under this offer, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
