APLH RQF Award for Personal Licence Holders (Qualify at Home)
The Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH RQF) is a qualification required to apply for a Personal Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 (England and Wales), and it can be obtained through online courses and exams, allowing you to "qualify at home".
